The SCOREcast Editorial Staff combines the talents, knowledge, and experience of dozens of top composers working today in film, television, video games, and new media.

Lee Sanders broke through the ranks of Hollywood composers in 2001 with his scores for New Line Cinema’s The Lord of the Rings website and CBS’s reality-competition show, The Amazing Race. Lee has won five BMI Film and Television Awards for his work, as well as the 2008 Film and Television Music Award for Outstanding Reality Show Score. His credits span dozens of television programs, films and works for theatre, video games and new media.

Heather Fenoughty is an award-winning composer and sound designer with credits on BBC1, BBC3 and ITV1 documentaries, BBC2 and BBC4 feature films. Heather has scored nearly 100 short films and has also provided music for corporate advertisements for Nissan and other multi-national companies.

Les Brockmann is a Los Angeles-based recording engineer and score mixer with over 20 years experience in television music, from Northern Exposure (CBS) to King of the Hill (Fox), feature films including the award-winning documentary Ghosts of Abu Ghraib (HBO) and the cult howler Trail of the Screaming Forehead (Larry Blamire, dir.), and video games Uncharted 1 & 2 (Sony/Naughty Dog). Hailing from upstate New York, Jai Meghan is creator and lead designer at Film Score Foundry, a film scoring studio management and consulting firm servicing the Los Angeles basin. Jai has worked for numerous Hollywood film composers as an assistant, programmer, score coordinator, arranger, orchestrator, and studio manager. Being a programmer is a lonely life, so Jai digs it when people stop by and visit him on Facebook. Otherwise, he wouldn't have any friends that don't talk to him in code or MIDI.

SCOREcast founder and editor-in-chief, Deane Ogden, is an American composer for film, television, video games and the concert stage. Deane is also an accomplished studio and live drummer, and has recorded and performed live with acts as diverse as Tina Turner, Seal, David Foster, Rhianna, Britney Spears, and more. Deane was commissioned to write the orchestral themes for Michael Phelps’ record-breaking gold medal run during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games—the most-viewed event in American television history. As an 8 year old growing up in South Australia, Ryan Leach started studying guitar so that he could play Beatles songs, which marked the beginning of a lifelong passion for music. Now an award winning composer for film and TV, his music has been heard on every major network and clients include MTV and Disney. Before branching out as a freelance composer, Ryan earned a degree in Film Scoring from Berklee College of Music and worked as assistant to veteran composer Michael Levine at Remote Control Productions. He has scored a dozen feature films including Pastor Shepherd starring Danny Trejo (Robert Rodriguez’s Machete), Serbian film Skinning co-starring Bojana Novakovic (M. Night Shyamalan’s Devil), and Anacapa by writer/director Nicholas Tolkien.  In 2010 Ryan won Best Original Score from the Maverick Movie Awards for his score to Devils Racecourse. Brian Ralston is an award-winning, classically trained composer and conductor based in Los Angeles. Brian has composed music for numerous feature films including 9/Tenths, Graduaton, and director Luke Kasdan’s 2010 dramatic coming of age feature Don't Fade Away. Brian also composed additional orchestral underscore for Season 4 of the 20th Century Fox Television series Angel (exec. prod. Joss Whedon).

Born in Pasadena, CA, Richard Bellis is an Emmy-winning veteran composer, arranger, author, educator, and mentor. He won an Emmy Award for his score to Stephen King’s It and Emmy nominations for HBO’s Doublecrossed and ABC’s Double, Double, Toil and Trouble. In addition to his film scoring career, Bellis is past president of the Society of Composers and Lyricists; served on the faculty of the University of Southern California for 17 years, where he lectured in the Scoring for Television and Motion Pictures program; and acts as host/mentor for ASCAP’s annual Film Scoring Workshop. Alain Mayrand is a trained composer, conductor, pianist and guitarist. His symphonic score for the Jackie Chan animated feature The Legend of Silk Boy was released on the Movie Score Media label and has been called “...one the of the year’s most delightful scores”. His film and concert scores have been performed and recorded by The Russian State Film Orchestra, Taiwan's Evergreen Orchestra, the Ramat Gan Orchestra in Israel, the Erie Saxophone Quartet and many more. James Semple is a London-based media composer and multi-instrumentalist. James specializes in digital orchestration/synthestration, mixing classical and contemporary styles in his music for the film and videogame industry. He composed and produced music for the successful videogame The Witcher, and also composed the score for the feature film Jen and Kenneth. James is the director of SCOREcast: London, which serves the community of film, television and video game composers working in and around the greater London area. Born in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, Alex Pfeffer is a composer for award-winning video games, movie and game trailers, sample library demos, and various other multimedia projects. His credits include John Woo's Stranglehold, The Last King of Scotland, Sherlock Holmes, Crysis 2, Halo Legends, and Saw VI. Alex was also lead guitarist in the rock/pop band Reinvented and also founded The CellarRoom, where he conceptualizes and produces all of his music and sound design. Based in Germany, Tobias J. Escher serves as Director of Technology for SCOREcast's European division. He is an educator in the field of media music and technology, and combines his classical training with his passion for music technology as a freelance composer and orchestrator. Tobias works closely with a number of software manufacturers as well as a technical administrator at the University of Mainz, where he currently studies Musicology and Anglophone Languages. He is also one of the founders of the Unofficial Sibelius Wiki and demonstrates Sibelius as an Avid artist.

Brian Satterwhite is a professional composer based in Austin, Texas. He holds a degree with dual majors in Film Scoring and Composition from the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. Brian is also the producer and host of the Austin film music radio program “Film Score Focus” on 89.5 KMFA and is a highly regarded film music journalist who writes for several major web sites.

Emmett Cooke is a professional 'honours ba mus' composer and technologist. His projects have spanned the realms of video games, film, television, library music, and trailers. Emmett hails from Waterford, Ireland and writes music from his personal studio there.

David E. Fluhr is a nine-time Emmy Award-winning re-recording mixer and sound engineer. David has mixed over seventy feature films, including Walt Disney's "The Princess and the Frog", "Enchanted", "Bolt", and "Surrogates". He is a former governor of the Sound Branch of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, and the current president of the Cinema Audio Society.

Guy Rowland is a UK-based composer, sound designer and sound supervisor. Guy has composed music and designed sound for a number of popular BBC television series and is a Sound Supervisor as part of the BBC's team in the International Broadcast Centre at the 2012 London Olympic Games.

Stellita Loukas is a Greek composer based in Athens and is Director of Resources for SCOREcastOnline.com. Though Stellita began composing at the age of twelve, it was after obtaining her BSc in Management Sciences from Warwick that she decided music would absolutely be her full-time occupation. Since 2005, she has studied jazz & latin piano, jazz harmony, arranging, composition, tonal harmony, electronic dance music production, music technology, and classical and modern orchestration and still going.

Oliver Sadie is a London-based composer and classically trained pianist with special interests in orchestral and electronic composition, and piano improvisational technique. With 25 years on the piano and more than a decade of passion-driven orchestral composition, Oliver is currently scoring his first feature-length film, an independent Hollywood-based production due for release in summer 2012.
