Deane is also an accomplished studio and live drummer, and has recorded and performed live with acts as diverse as Tina Turner, Seal, David Foster, Rhianna, Britney Spears, and more. Deane was commissioned to write the orchestral themes for Michael Phelps’ record-breaking gold medal run during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games—the most-viewed event in American television history. Ryan Leach

As an 8 year old growing up in South Australia, Ryan Leach started studying guitar so that he could play Beatles songs, which marked the beginning of a lifelong passion for music. Now an award winning composer for film and TV, his music has been heard on every major network and clients include MTV and Disney. Before branching out as a freelance composer, Ryan earned a degree in Film Scoring from Berklee College of Music and worked as assistant to veteran composer Michael Levine at Remote Control Productions. He has scored a dozen feature films including Pastor Shepherd starring Danny Trejo (Robert Rodriguez’s Machete), Serbian film Skinning co-starring Bojana Novakovic (M. Night Shyamalan’s Devil), and Anacapa by writer/director Nicholas Tolkien.  In 2010 Ryan won Best Original Score from the Maverick Movie Awards for his score to Devils Racecourse. Brian Ralston

Brian has composed music for numerous feature films including 9/Tenths, Graduaton, and director Luke Kasdan’s 2010 dramatic coming of age feature Don't Fade Away. Brian also composed additional orchestral underscore for Season 4 of the 20th Century Fox Television series Angel (exec. prod. Joss Whedon).

Richard Bellis

Born in Pasadena, CA, Richard Bellis is an Emmy-winning veteran composer, arranger, author, educator, and mentor. He won an Emmy Award for his score to Stephen King’s It and Emmy nominations for HBO’s Doublecrossed and ABC’s Double, Double, Toil and Trouble. In addition to his film scoring career, Bellis is past president of the Society of Composers and Lyricists; served on the faculty of the University of Southern California for 17 years, where he lectured in the Scoring for Television and Motion Pictures program; and acts as host/mentor for ASCAP’s annual Film Scoring Workshop. Alain Mayrand

Alain Mayrand is a trained composer, conductor, pianist and guitarist. His symphonic score for the Jackie Chan animated feature The Legend of Silk Boy was released on the Movie Score Media label and has been called “...one the of the year’s most delightful scores”. His film and concert scores have been performed and recorded by The Russian State Film Orchestra, Taiwan's Evergreen Orchestra, the Ramat Gan Orchestra in Israel, the Erie Saxophone Quartet and many more. Alain is composer-in-residence for the Vancouver Metropolitan Orchestra who premiered his piece “Resisting Euphoria” last September. Born in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, Alex Pfeffer is a composer for award-winning video games, movie and game trailers, sample library demos, and various other multimedia projects. Tobias Escher

Based in Germany, Tobias J. Escher serves as Director of Technology for SCOREcast's European division. He is an educator in the field of media music and technology, and combines his classical training with his passion for music technology as a freelance composer and orchestrator. Tobias works closely with a number of software manufacturers as well as a technical administrator at the University of Mainz, where he currently studies Musicology and Anglophone Languages. He is also one of the founders of the Unofficial Sibelius Wiki and demonstrates Sibelius as an Avid artist.
